Today Comminari delivers access to private Telegram groups and channels. The product is designed to add other resource types without you having to rebuild your plans.
Why do I need Stripe?
Because payments should run on secure, specialized infrastructure. Revenue goes to your own Stripe account and Comminari uses each payment's status to grant, renew or remove access.
Can I combine subscriptions and one-time payments?
Yes. One product can have recurring plans with several billing periods and one-time plans with a duration or end date.
What happens if a renewal fails?
You can define a grace period. If the payment isn't recovered, Comminari removes access based on your settings.
What does the buyer see?
Your product's public page: they choose a plan, identify with Telegram and pay with Stripe. Afterwards, from the same page, they check their access and manage their subscription.
Can I offer discounts?
Yes. Create percentage or fixed-amount codes, limit redemptions, set an expiry and choose which plans they apply to.
What if someone paid but hasn't joined?
The payment is linked to their Telegram user, so they can request an access link tied to that identity from your page.
Does Comminari replace community management?
No. You stay in charge of content, moderation and your relationship with members. Comminari takes care of payments, access and tracking.
How is monthly revenue calculated for tiers?
Each payment counts in the month it belongs to. If someone pays €30 for 30 days and 10 of those days fall in May, May adds €10. Refunds and disputes are subtracted when applicable, and other currencies are converted to euros at the monthly average rate.
