You can prepare your community with no fixed fee. Comminari calculates your tier each month from the previous month's revenue. The fee drops from 3% to 2% and then 1% as revenue increases.

Does Comminari work with private Telegram groups and channels?+
Yes. It is designed for private groups and channels where the bot can validate permissions, generate access and help keep member control.
Why do I need Stripe?+
Because payments should run on secure, specialized infrastructure. Comminari uses payment status in Stripe to activate, renew or limit access.
Can I create subscriptions and one-time payments?+
Yes. You can configure recurring subscriptions, one-time payments, custom durations and fixed-end-date plans.
What happens if a renewal fails?+
You can define a grace period. If payment is not recovered, Comminari can deactivate access based on your configuration.
Do buyers get a dedicated payment page?+
Yes. Each community can have a public URL where the member identifies with Telegram, chooses a plan and completes payment.
Can I sell access for a limited time?+
Yes. You can create custom-duration access or fixed-end-date plans for courses, challenges, launches or temporary groups.
Can I offer discounts?+
Yes. You can create percentage or fixed-amount codes, limit redemptions, set expiration and decide which plans they apply to.
What if a member paid but has not joined?+
The system links the payment to their Telegram user and lets them request an access link tied to that identity.
Does Comminari replace community management?+
No. You still manage content, moderation and member relationships. Comminari automates payment, access and tracking operations.
How is monthly gross volume calculated for tier upgrades?+
The payment is counted in the month it belongs to. For example: if someone pays EUR 30 for 30 days and 10 of those days fall in May, May adds EUR 10 of gross volume. Refunds or disputes are subtracted when applicable. If you charge in another currency, it is converted to EUR using the monthly average exchange rate.
